With extensive experience in both law and accounting, Linda provides practical and commercial advice to a range of clients.

Linda specialises in providing tailored, technical advice on complex tax, capital gains tax (CGT) and fringe benefits tax issues to accountants, financial planners, lawyers and other professional advisers.

Linda has extensive accounting experience, having worked as an accountant for 18 years prior to joining Cooper Grace Ward, providing her with a unique insight into her current clients’ business environment.

Linda regularly conducts seminars and training on topics including business structuring, CGT small business concessions and Division 7A issues.
